The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
In-Stock Items:
Generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Handmade / Made-to-Order Items:
To ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship, some of our artisan pieces are made specifically for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping. Note: If you choose Express Shipping, we will prioritise your production queue (usually shortening production time to 1–3 days).
Out of Stock:
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email with the best available options (wait, replace, or refund).
